We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, but if not, we are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order. Please return the product in its new, unwashed and unused condition with its original packaging within 14 days and we will send you a replacement or refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please quote your invoice number, name and address with all returns. We cannot refund washed/used items unless faulty. The cost of returning unwanted items rests with the customer. If you have chosen Express Delivery, and your order has already been dispatched when you cancel your order, we will only refund the cost of the item(s) and second class delivery charge which is £2.95.

We strongly recommend that you keep a receipt from the post office when you return an item for your record and proof.
If an item is found faulty, please email us within 7 days of purchase and let us know what the problem is. We will then contact you as soon as practicable to sort out the matter. Please contact us before returning any item.
